Returns

 Items must be returned in 7 days
Refund will be given as Exchange, or Refund
Return and Exchange shipping will be paid by the buyer

Returns are accepted if the buyer agrees to pay all shipping costs. Items must be returned in sellable condition with tags still attached within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or refunds on any items that have been worn or washed. We respectfully ask that you abide by these conditions to help keep the cost of merchandise low for all buyers. 

Please include packing slip with returns so we can process your account

 Please include original packing slip and a note explaining  the items you want in exchange. Also include a money order made payable to "Elisa Vegliante" for the shipping fee. Shipping fees for India Clothing are $6 for the first item and $2.00 each additional item. For example if you are exchanging 1 item that would be $6, 2 items $8, 3 items $10 etc...

Upon receipt of your items and the shipping fee, I will send your exchange out to you.

Payments

We accept most major credit cards through Paypal. If you have a Paypal account follow Express Checkout for fast and easy service. Don't have Paypal? You do NOT need a Paypal account to shop with us. Choose the regular checkout option at the bottom of your checkout page and follow the links for non Paypal users.

Checkout for Non Paypal Members

1. Click the blue checkout button at the bottom of your order.

2. Fill in name and address

3. Press continue

4. Review Billing and Shipping address

5. Choose Shipping Method

6. Create a user account with us . Type in user name and password in the boxes provided. This will make it easier for you to check out on future purchases.

7.Under Payment Method, click Paypal Checkout.

8. Review your order, and click the PayPal link to pay.

9. Use the links on the LEFT side to pay without joining PayPal. You will see a line that says: Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue (This is right above all the icons of credit cards)  Click the word continue and you will be taken to an area where you can fill in your credit card information.  You can use most major credit cards.

10. Fill in credit card info.

11. Review order and confirm! You are done.

Shipping

We use USPS first class and priority mail. Shipping rates are based on weight. You can estimate shipping charges on your order in the shopping cart.

Privacy Policy

We do not share any email information stored on this site with 3rd parties. We also so not store any credit card information on this site for your protection
